Why is the Predictor grayed out?

When you launch DocsPlus, the Predictor icon is dimmed out and can’t be used.

Resolution

This is usually the result of a corrupted Predictor database.

To repair the database:

WINDOWS

1. In DocsPlus go to Options > Manage > Advanced and click "Rebuild Predictor database".
2. After approximately 1 minute the Predictor icon will be available for use.

If you cannot see the the ‘Rebuild Predictor Database’ option then please update to the latest version.

MAC
