After you register your subscription, you can start this at any point within the first month. After the first month has lapsed, your subscription will start automatically.

You will receive an email from us with the license keys and installation details. If you are unable to find this, please call us and we can resend this information to you.

All our DocsPlus subscriptions are for three years.

The licensing for DocsPlus (Win / Mac) and the DocsPlus app for iPad is per device. DocsPlus Chromebook licenses are per user.

Our ‘without walls’ student support subscription isn’t restricted to single buildings. It enables districts to quickly and easily provide DocsPlus access to individual students across the district as and when needed.

This subscription can be used across a combination of devices to match the technology available to each learner. You can install DocsPlus on Windows/Mac machines and/or download the DocsPlus App on iPads and Chromebooks.

DocsPlus Flexi-subscription
The Flexi-subscription is perfect for high schools looking to provide access to DocsPlus across the whole school. 

This subscription model includes unlimited installations of DocsPlus for students and educators (Win/Mac/iPad/Chromebook) within a single school.

One-to-One Support subscription
The One-to-One Support subscription offers a solution tailored to individuals with dedicated adult support. This subscription provides access to DocsPlus on both the student's device and their support staff’s device. It is an option suited to students who require access to Clicker as part of their IEP learning provision.
