Kelly is our US Customer Experience Consultant. She provides training to our subscribers to support using our software effectively. She also helps produce many of the resources and blog posts that are available on our website. Before joining Crick, Kelly worked in several school districts for over 25 years as an elementary teacher and literacy specialist.

Katy is a member of the Customer Experience Team. In this role, she supports our subscribers with using Clicker effectively and helps to make the training resources that are available on our website. Her previous role was in Education, teaching across KS1 and KS2. Within this time, she led History, Geography and Science.

Gemma is our Customer Experience Manager. She started at Crick as an Education Consultant in 2017 before developing our Customer Experience Team.
