Jade’s success with Clicker
I first heard from Jen Diaz a little over a year ago. Jen is an SLP in New York, and she was looking to support her daughter Jade’s literacy journey. Jade has Down Syndrome, and I met with Jen to talk more about her daughter’s learning goals.
The Diaz family started with a Clicker trial so they could be sure it was the right fit for Jade.
Jade’s journey with Clicker
Jade is an emergent writer, so we decided to start her with Sentence Sets.

Jen quickly got to work, using the resources above to customize a Sentence Set that would support Jade’s interest in writing.
After seeing Jade’s success, her school purchased Clicker for her to use on a school device.
Jen is currently working with a private organization in New York to get Clicker funded for additional use at home.
