Crick referral scheme - terms and conditions

What happens after I complete the referral form?

Once we receive your referral form, an Education Consultant will contact the person you have referred to share some details about our software and suggest the best next steps to help their district explore our subscription options.

When do I receive my referral reward?

If the district subscribes to any of our software packages within 12 months of your referral, we will add the ‘referral bonus time’ to both districts’ subscriptions and send you your $50 gift card via the email address that you provided. We will action this as soon as we receive payment from the referred district.

Terms, exclusions and conditions

  • Only current Clicker or DocsPlus subscribers may refer other districts as part of this scheme.

  • Referred districts that already have an active Clicker or DocsPlus subscription, a subscription that has lapsed within the last three months, or who are already engaged in subscription conversations with us, will not be eligible for our scheme. 

  • If you work across multiple districts, you cannot refer yourself to the scheme. 

  • Referred districts must subscribe to the scheme within the 12-month period following your initial referral.

  • If you refer multiple people from the same district, we’ll be thrilled to show as many staff members as possible how transformative our software can be, but you will only be eligible for one $50 voucher plus the three months additional subscription time when they buy.

  • In the event that a district is referred to us by multiple different individuals, the first person to have submitted the referral form will be eligible for the referral bonus.

  • This scheme is open to school districts only. If you work at an individual school and would like to refer another school, contact our team about our school referral scheme.

  • There is no limit on the number of districts that you can refer, but please ensure that the person you refer is known to you and aware of your referral before submitting your form. 

  • The benefits received from the Crick referral scheme cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or vouchers. 

  • We reserve the right to make changes or updates to our referral scheme as and when required.
