The Collaboration Program is truly free for partners. It’s an initiative to support organizations like yours in exploring Clicker’s impact.

We know you’re extremely busy supporting multiple districts. The program is meant to be flexible and supportive.

For example, partners get unlimited training for staff and a tailored roll-out plan from Crick’s team, so Crick handles much of the heavy lifting.

Common barriers to effective AT use include lack of training and time constraints and the program specifically tackles these with ongoing training and a dedicated Crick support person.

Any meetings or check-ins are meant to support, and scheduling is done at your convenience.

There’s no obligation to “sell” Clicker. The collaboration is about giving you a tool to support and help your districts if they find it useful. It’s an extension of the work you already do in your consortium.

The partnership is low-pressure and customizable.

First, we’d schedule an initial consultation to learn about your organization’s needs and goals – just a conversation.

Then we create a customized plan (e.g. which staff want training, which devices you will need the software on, etc.).

We’ll check in periodically (e.g. quarterly) to hear your feedback and offer help.

The ongoing collaboration just means we’re available to support you whenever needed, whether it’s presenting Clicker at a staff meeting, providing new training materials, or troubleshooting. There’s no lengthy paperwork or financial commitment – just a supportive process (consultation → plan → periodic check-ins → continuous support).

Many struggling writers have deeper language and syntax difficulties – and traditional supports or Chrome extensions aren’t enough for them.

Clicker is a comprehensive writing support tool that goes beyond simple word prediction or dictation.

It has those features, but it also provides unique scaffolds like pictorial supports, sentence frames, word banks, and guided order grids.

The writing support systematically helps students construct sentences and paragraphs. In fact, one of our organization partners is an assistive tech specialist who reported that some students who would “only produce a few words or phrases” began writing full sentences with proper syntax and punctuation after using Clicker.

Clicker addresses the foundational barriers that make writing feel “impossible” for students so they can finally (and independently) express themselves in writing.

Clicker has been used for over 20 years in diverse educational settings and is currently helping thousands of students significantly increase their writing outcomes (including those who previously needed intensive adult support). You can see our success stories here.

Plus, multiple states’ educational service agencies (IUs, Collaboratives, BOCES, etc.) are already partners, meaning, we have a track record of success with other consortium partners.

Big rollouts can be big undertakings.

Clicker integrates with your existing efforts rather than adding a completely separate project. For example, if you have an AT lending library or training calendar, Clicker can simply be included in those offerings (the program gives you software copies for your lending library and will help conduct training, so it dovetails with what you already do).

If you’re working on UDL or writing initiatives, Clicker can support those goals, too. Even if now is a busy period, we can accommodate your schedule – whether that means kicking off in a few months or doing a low-key introduction now, we’ll work on your timeline.

Clicker is compatible with the technology environments common in schools (e.g. works on Windows, Mac, iPads and Chromebooks). And of course, our software meets all student privacy requirements – we can provide details or agreements as needed.

Across the country, our partners include Pennsylvania’s Intermediate Units, Massachusetts’ Educational Collaboratives, New York’s BOCES, Texas’ Education Service Centers, and several SELPAs in California.
